A Mental Health Navigator is a trained professional who provides guidance and support in accessing mental health resources, such as finding therapists, scheduling appointments, and understanding insurance or financial assistance options.
Our mental health navigation services are provided free of charge, thanks to the generous support of our donors and grant funding.
While we do not provide crisis support, we encourage anyone in immediate danger or distress to call 988 or visit your nearest emergency room. You can also visit our Resources page for additional help.
