Mental health peer support includes:

  • 1-on-1 meetings to discuss your mental health journey as mental health peer support
  • Assistance with finding providers and resources. 
  • Medication/Refill reminders.
  • Providing knowledge and education on talking to providers and building relationships.  
  • Provider appointment follow-up and feedback on mental health service
  • 3-, 6-, 9- & 12-month progression follow-up survey 
  • Response to client issues during business hours
