Personal check-ins: Meet one-on-one with a peer support team member to talk about your goals, challenges, and progress
Help finding care: We guide you in locating mental health providers and community resources that fit your needs
Medication reminders: Get gentle nudges when it’s time to refill or renew your prescriptions
Support with provider communication: Learn how to talk to your providers, ask questions, and build strong relationships
Follow-up after appointments: We check in to hear how things went and help you stay on track
Progress surveys: At 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, we invite you to share updates so we can better support your growth
Timely responses: Reach out during business hours and we’ll do our best to help with any issues or concerns

A Mental Health Navigator is a trained professional who provides guidance and support in accessing mental health resources, such as finding therapists, scheduling appointments, and understanding insurance or financial assistance options.
Our mental health navigation services are provided free of charge, thanks to the generous support of our donors and grant funding.
While we do not provide crisis support, we encourage anyone in immediate danger or distress to call 988 or visit your nearest emergency room. You can also visit our Resources page for additional help.
