Our services are available to individuals and families residing in Smith County who need help navigating mental health systems. We focus on empowering underserved populations in our community.


During your first appointment, our Mental Health Navigator will listen to your needs, assess your situation, and provide personalized recommendations for mental health resources and next steps. 


We specialize in culturally tailored mental health navigation, offering training and resources to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing support that respects and values your unique background and experiences. 


You can schedule an appointment online through our website or contact us directly at Intake@SWAdvocacy.org or 903-710-1929. Walk-ins are welcome during our operating hours from 9 AM to 2 PM. 


 Yes, all our services are completely confidential. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities. 


A Mental Health Navigator is a trained professional who provides guidance and support in accessing mental health resources, such as finding therapists, scheduling appointments, and understanding insurance or financial assistance options.


Our mental health navigation services are provided free of charge, thanks to the generous support of our donors and grant funding.


While we do not provide crisis support, we encourage anyone in immediate danger or distress to call 988 or visit your nearest emergency room. You can also visit our Resources page for additional help.


If you miss your appointment, you can easily reschedule by using our online scheduling tool. We understand that life happens and are here to assist you when you're ready.
